The first time i took this product, i was taking the recommended dosage... 2pills at a time 3 times a day... After the first 2, I felt like i had a cup of coffee, after 2 more later on that day, i felt like superman, finally i took the last 2 for that day and life turned into warp speed for an hour. IT WAS NOT FUNNY. I was driving at that point going to the movies and all of a sudden, I just had to move. I would sit at traffic lights and i had no patience almost like an anxiety attack so i blew a few red lights because i had to keep moving. I could not see a static envirnment, i felt like i had to do something and it scared the piss out of me. Im not going to testify that it works, and im not going to say it doesnt. I will say be careful and easy to the recommended dosage. Stuff like this can kill you so try 1 pill 1 day, than 2 pills the 2nd day etc til you reach your capacity. The recommended dosages are DEFINETLy not something i would just jump into ever again for any supplement.

this stuff is great. i have lost almost 5kg after just 7 days. it really does help increase your metabolism and you almost never feel hungry. i will definitely buy again and recommend to friends!

i was using hydroxycut hardcore for a good month 1/2 but it was really strong, and in order for it to work was way to complicated, however thermonex requuires a good diet, cardio, and weight sessions, im on a 2 week no fat diet a lot of protien and its been 2 days and thermonex has been pretty good. i stack it wit bsn's N.O. xplode and Lean Dessert protien, N.O. for more energy and for more pumps and lean dessert protein that keeps your stomach filled longer. if your lookin to loosing fat and not loosing good lean weight, thermonex should work, only problem is the maximum dosage is 12 a day, which wont last you that long
