What types of credit cards do you accept?
The credit cards that we accept are Visa and Mastercard. When
ordering, please be sure to provide your correct billing address.
Your billing address is the address where your credit card
statements are mailed to. Failure to provide a correct billing
address will result in automatic cancellation of your order.
* Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. If we suspect your
order to be fraudulent, we will immediately contact the FBI
and other relevant authorities, and you will be prosecuted
under the fullest extent of the law.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to
shipment of your item(s).
Is it safe to use my credit card?

contact, billing, and financial information such as name,
email address, credit card number and billing address. Your
contact information in needed just incase we need to get in
touch with you should we have questions regarding your order
or should we need to notify you of the status of your order.
And yes, you can opt not to get email from us, just uncheck
the opt in check box on the 'Customer Information' page. The
credit card information we collect is used ONLY to bill you
for products you purchase.
Your credit card is NOT left on the server for a long period
of time. Within hours your credit card information is downloaded

and then deleted off the web site servers. This is also true
of all of your personal information.

Do you accept cash, personal checks or money orders as payment?
To place an order using cash, check or money order, follow
the checkout process as normal and select 'Cash, Check or
Money Order' as your payment type on the 'Customer Information'

Once we receive your invoice and payment, we will then package
and ship out your order. Checks and Money Orders should be
made payable to SupplementsOnline.com. Personal and business checks
must be cleared before your orders will be shipped.
Do you charge sales tax?
NO, every purchase from our store is tax free no matter what
state you live in.
Can I place my order by phone?
We encourage customers to place their order on-line because
it is faster, more convenient, and there is less margin for
error. However, if you absolutely must, you may order by phone.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Lower 48 States
USPS Priority 2-3 Days: This shipment method
only takes 2 - 3 days in most cases, USPS shipping is 6 days
a week (Monday thru Saturday). The rates for the USPS Priority
Mail are based on the weight of the package. Depending on
the items in your shopping cart, the rate will be different.
The rates for USPS starts at $4.25.
UPS Ground: This service takes between 1
- 6 business days, with most shipments arriving in 2 - 3 days.
USP shipping is 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday) so packages
sent with UPS will are not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
UPS Ground is usually cheaper for heavy shipments, like large
containers of protein. The fee for UPS Ground starts at $5.95!
UPS 3 Day Select: UPS 3 Day Select guarantees
delivery within three business days. Shipping charges start
at $8.14 and change based on the weight of your order. You
can view the shipping charges on the 'Customer Information'
page prior to placing your order and can then decide if this
method is right for you.
UPS 2nd Day Air: UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees
delivery within two business days. Shipping charges start
at $11.72 and change based on the weight of your order. You
can view the shipping charges on the 'Customer Information'
page prior to placing your order and can then decide if this
method is right for you.
Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes
SupplementsOnline.com ships all orders to Hawaii or Alaska via
USPS Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and
location, most orders will be received with in 1-7 business
days. The rates for Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes starts at
$4.25.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
SupplementsOnline.com ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes
via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your military address,
orders should arrive within 3-10 business days. The rates
for Military Addresses starts at $4.25.

Do you ship internationally?
Due to the frequent occurence of fraudulent orders and lost
shipments, we DO NOT ship to any foreign countries or to any
U.S. territories such as Guam and the Virgin Islands. We do,
however, ship to Puerto Rico.
How do I cancel/change my order?
Orders may be cancelled or changed if the customer contacts
SupplementsOnline.com before the order is shipped. To provide the
quickest delivery to your door orders are sent immediately
to the warehouse to be packaged and shipped. That's why it
is crucial to contact us as soon as possible with any needed
changes to your order.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive
your item(s).
How do I find the product I'm looking for?
Finding the product you are looking for on a large site can
be difficult, that is why we have multiple ways to search
for items on our site.

Use the search box located at the top left of every page
if you already know the product name or manufacturer of the
products you are looking for.
Search By Manufacturers
On the left hand side of evey page is a drop down selection of
the all the brands that we carry. Select the brand you
would like to see and you will be taken to a page showing
each item available from that manufacturer.

If you are looking for products in a certain category,
but don't know the specific product name or manufacturer,
click on the drop down selection 'Categories' located on the left hand side of every
page.
How do I add items to the shopping cart?
To add a product to the shopping cart, click on the "Add
To Cart" button located on each product page. This will
place the item into your cart, but does not mean that you
are purchasing this item. You may remove the item from your
cart at any time. You may add multiple items to your cart
by choosing different products and adding them one at a time.
How do I change the quantitys of the items in my shopping
cart?
If you would like to add more than one of a certain product,
there are 2 ways to increase your quantity. You may change
the "Quantity" drop down box before adding the product
to the cart, or after you have added an item, you can change
the quantity when inside of your shopping cart by clicking
the "Recalculate" button.
How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?
To delete an item from your cart, just click on the "Remove"
link next to the item name.
What is your return policy?
Before returning any merchandise please send us your order
number and items you will be returning for return authorization.
Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order
to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened
merchandise returned within 14 days of your receipt of shipment.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 14 days.
We cannot issue credit if the product has been damaged, opened
and/or used.
What if an item I purchased is backordered?
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt
is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally
we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will
notify you with an estimated time of delay, your order will
be packaged and shipped on the same day we receive the missing
items from the manufacture. Occasionally on larger orders
with out of stock items we will send out partial shipments,
in-stock items will be shipped out immediately and the out
of stock items will be shipped out when they are available.
No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer
for these partial shipments.
If you do receive an e-mail that your order is on backorder
you can reply back and ask for partial shipments.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please
contact us by e-mailing us at admin@supplementsonline.com or call us at 1-800-940-2911 within 48 hours of receiving the
product.
Did your company write all those product descriptions?
No, these descriptions were all taken from the product labels
or provided by the manufacturers themselves. Any claims that
are made by various manufacturers are not the responsibility
of SupplementsOnline.com. We will not be held liable for any possible
injuries, side effects, etc. resulting from the use or misuse
of any of these products.

How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "Proceed To
Checkout" link on the shopping cart. At the bottom of the
'Customer Information' page you'll see a text box called 'Discount
Code' where you may enter your coupon code.
