I just got of of a cycle of this stuff and i must say, This product will get you pumped out of this world if you use it right. Do what the can tells and you will see results. I would max every muscle group at the gym every time and everytime it felt like i could push a little bit more. Im very very new to weight lifting so this may have a factor of it, but after my first cycle i felt like i could punch thru a brick wall. My bench max went from 145 to 210 in one cycle. my bic. curls max went from 35-45. and my tri. ext. (standing up) went from 20-45!!!!!. Now keep in mind im 25 m. and completely out of shape. my wht. was 218lb and i had a 38 in waist. after my cycle i was 207lb with a 35 in waist. With only 10 min of cardo after every workout. M-Stak didnt give me much energy but it gave me the push and the rage to keep wanting pushing. Also, i didnt get mad and angry at everyone like some of these other people are saying but i did become very cocky. Also, i didnt leave the gym untill the 'rage' was gone, and sometimes it took 2 hours untill. plus, when i added N.O. Xplode in my last cycle, i felt even more of a push. the last week it took around 3 hours at the gym untill i could leave withought the rush. Keep in mind if your thinking about taking this, take in lots of water, dont leave the gym untill the drive is done or you will take it home, and you must get a diet around this as well. I went from eating 2 times a day of big meals to 7 times a day with meals NO BIGGER THAN MY FIST. This shit will get you what you want if you use it right... n.o. xplode is a good help with it too.

This is by far the bst product ive ever been trough i stacked this with Seruious Mass and i gained 8 lbs. of solid muscle but , my next move is with Cytogainer and another Animal M stak , im sure the results will be impressive , and im alwaya been a hardgainer of all he wieght gainers so far Serious Mass has resulted to be that good , but im sure Cytosport has another thing beter for me ... hope its helpful , thanks for reading by the way ( im a doctor and cytogainer has a lot more of protein an half carbs and just look the one that gives you more nitrogen and combine it with glutamie )

I highly recommend this product. I have taken it responsibly on and off for the past year or so. I went from 6'0 160 pounds of skinny soccer player to 180 pounds of solid muscle. Not huge, but I'm not who they used to call 'slinky' anymore. I have made huge gains with the help of this stuff. Here are some of my recommendations:
1) Eat a lot of good, healthy food and protein while taking m-stack. Always have handfuls of snacks like nuts and stuff around. Eat constantly as often as you can. But not after 9pm.
2) Cycle this stuff with something like PowerFull from USP Labs. I found it to effectively counterbalance any mood changes due to m-stack while greatly increasing my testosterone and growth hormone levels at the same time.
3) Rest! Please make sure you rest while on this stuff. Taking the stuff everyday sometimes made me feel like I needed to go to the gym everyday and ended up getting beat a little bit. Hurt my back a little but I'm 110% now. Make sure you have rest days and just keep jamming the high protein foods down!

This stuff is pretty good. I did not gain any weight offf of it but i did break alot of plateau's! in my dead-lift, squat and power clean also had great energy in the gym! It does make you a little short temperd but nothin to extreme. I also experienced some crazy dreams but and i remeberd them all ha its kinda cool! I will try again in a month or 2! i stacked this product with Animal pak and 100% whey

I highly recommend stacking this with the Universal Animal Pak, NO-Xplode, and a good protein. I went from a weight of 158lbs to 183lbs in the matter of 5 months. Granted, I was lifting up to 6 days a week and had a good diet, but I am a very hard gainer. I can lose 10lbs in 2-weeks outside of the gym, so this stuff works when stacked and taken well. Cycle off as needed, I went 3 weeks on (lifting and suppliments) and 1 week off (no lifting, no suppliments) each month.

Get it, I love it.... Just mak sure you get a good PCT/... it took me almost 4 years of using this shit to find out that I should take 2 packs a day for 21 day not 1 pack
