I highly recommend stacking this with the Universal M-Stak, NO-Xplode, and protein. I went from a weight of 158lbs to 183lbs in the matter of 5 months. Granted, I was lifting up to 6 days a week and had a good diet, but I am a very hard gainer. I can lose 10lbs in 2-weeks outside of the gym, so this stuff works when stacked and taken well. Cycle off as needed, I went 3 weeks on (lifting and suppliments) and 1 week off (no lifting, no suppliments) each month.

HI IM ONLY 16 AND HAVE BEEN TAKEING THE ANIMAL PAK NOW FOR ABOUT 6MONTHS AT FIRST I DIDNT RELY NOTICE A DIFFRANCE UNTIL ONE DAY I DIDNT TAKE IT AND WENT OUT TO LIFT A FEW WAITS I WAS DOING SETS ME 40 WIT 50KG BUT WAS ONLY ABLE TO DO 18 REPS WHEN I DIDNT TAKE THE PAK.I WOULD REALY RECOMEND IT YOU MIGHTNT NOTICE A DIFFRANCE AT FIRST BUT TAKE IT FOR ABOUT A WEAK AND C WHAT U CAN LIFT WITH IT AND THEN TRY IT WITHOUT THE PAK AND C THE DIFFRANCE
